The Clavidor Mil Besos White Wine is an exquisite wine made 100% from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, from the Rueda Denomination of Origin. Its production process includes low-temperature fermentation, allowing fruity aromas to stand out. Ideal for summer enjoyment at temperatures between 7ºC and 9ºC.
The Clavidor Mil Besos White Wine is a gem of the D.O. Rueda, made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Located in a 2-hectare vineyard, this wine benefits from alluvial and sandy-loam soil, with a yield of 3000 Kg/Ha. The harvest took place in the first week of September. To extract the aromas, a portion of the must was macerated for 10 hours at 4ºC before being gently pressed. Fermentation occurred at 15ºC, resulting in a fresh and fruity aromatic profile with notes of currants and apricots. On the palate, it is well-structured with a long finish. This wine is characterized by its straw yellow color and should be served at a temperature between 7ºC and 9ºC. This product is perfect for pairing with appetizers and seafood dishes, making it an essential element for any occasion.
