The 2024 harvest took place under optimal conditions, starting in September after a dry winter and a warm summer with cool nights. The harvest stands out for its freshness, with aromas reminiscent of white fruit and citrus. This wine is characterized by careful production, which includes a maceration of the must with the skins. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures to maximize its varietal expression. In the tasting room, Ayre presents a pale straw color, green apple aromas, and a freshness on the palate that highlights its good acidity. With an alcohol content of 13% vol, it is ideal for enjoying on various occasions.
