The grapes chosen to make this wine come from old vineyards with low yields and character, a lot of character. Tempranillo in 85% perfectly blended with 15% of grapes from other varieties that are first carefully hand-selected in the vineyard and then go through one of the 3 double selection tables for clusters and grains in the cellar that the Luis Cañas family wine has in Villabuena de Álava, the heart of Rioja Alavesa.
