Belote Timba 2020 is an author red wine made from the Prieto Picudo variety, distinguished by its uniqueness and quality. This wine comes from 16-year-old vineyards located at 900 meters altitude in a clay-loam soil, which provides excellent ripening and aroma concentration. Its meticulous production starts with spontaneous fermentation in cement, followed by 3 months of aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, and another 3 months of refining in clay jars, adding further complexity. This artisanal process reflects in the wine's distinctive character. With a limited production of just 5,000 bottles, each sip is a tribute to high-quality viticulture. It has also received several awards, including a Silver Medal at the San Francisco SFIW 2022 and 90 points in the James Suckling 2025 guide. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, Belote Timba 2020 is ideal to enjoy alone or paired with a good dish.
