Vino Tinto Mala Vida
Der Vino Tinto Mala Vida wurde in 15 bis 30 Jahre alten Weinbergen auf einem kalkhaltigen Boden, der arm an organischen Stoffen ist, angebaut. Die Trauben werden in der letzten Augustwoche von Hand geerntet.
Dieser Wein besteht aus verschiedenen Traubensorten: Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah und Tempranillo.
Der Wein wird in Edelstahltanks bei 28ºC für 25-30 Tage hergestellt und vergoren. Once elaborated, it is left to rest for 8 months in French (Taransaud) and American (Victoria and Intona) oak barrels.
It is a wine with a great modernity and freshness.
