100% sliced acorn-fed Iberian shoulder, from pure-bred Iberian pigs reared extensively and fed on acorns from the Salamanca pastures and cured in cellars in Guijuelo. Thin leg with a soft and unctuous fat consistency with numerous infiltrations of shiny veined fat that melts on the palate. Its flavor is soft and delicate, slightly sweet. Undoubtedly a delight for the palate.
