Stracciatella yogurt made from milk from Churra breed sheep raised freely on our farm. It is produced from fresh sheep milk, lactic ferments, chocolate spheres, and sugar.
The milk from this native breed of Castilla y León has amuch lower productioncompared to other breeds or animals. We collect between 160 and 200 liters of milk each day, between the morning and afternoon milking. Despite its lower production, this milk is ofgreat qualitybecause it contains ahigher amount of fat and proteinin its composition, as well as beingricher in amino acids.
