The 1-liter Extra virgin olive oil BIO 0.2º fruity is a product of exceptional quality, made exclusively from Arbequina olives from the producer's own estate. This oil is cold-pressed in its own mill, located in the center of the plantation, ensuring the freshness and purity of the product. Currently, part of the area already has organic certification, while the rest is in its final year of certification. For each liter of oil, 8 kg of selected olives are used, resulting in an oil with a very distinctive fruity flavor and a balanced relationship between pungent and bitter. It has an acidity of 0.2º and complex aromas including licorice, artichokes, and red fruits like strawberry and raspberry. Ideal for use in salads, fish, and as a base for various preparations. The PET bottle preserves all the properties of the oil.
