Mouth: Un vino de lleno de sensaciones en el paladar. Fino, estructurado, salino, redondo, muy complejo y equilibrado. El final es largo, especiado, graso con persistencia. Es todo es nada. Es Adorado.
Nose: Estilo “rancio” u oxidativo. Es intenso, con una gran paleta de aromas que van desde los frutos secos hasta los ahumados, pasando por los de fruta escarchada o especias. En nariz, recuerdos a la historia de la familia Sanz

"When wine was a food , when it told the stories of the winegrowers of the Rueda region , when the vineyard was a tangle of old Verdeja and Palomino vines, Adorado was born, back in 1967. A wine made with the most austere technology, the hands. Each year it received a small rejuvenation potion, under a veil of flor , with the criaderas and soleras system. Over time it became rancid, oxidized , but that is its greatness. Adored is the wine of the grandfather, the father, the children... Of the Sanz family ".the vines are between 20 and 25 years old.we bet on fermentation with natural yeasts to achieve the maximum expression of our environment , aromas of fresh grass, minerality and liveliness.
