Albariño de Fefiñanes 2021 is the current vintage of the flagship wine of this winery, an expressive Albariño that, in the words of its winemaker, is meant to be enjoyed at length.
Bodegas del Palacio de Fefiñanes is located in Cambados, the heart of Albariño production, and dates back to the 17th century, passing down through generations of the same family until the present day. The first vintage of the renowned Albariño de Fefiñanes dates back to 1928.
Albariño de Fefiñanes 2018 is made with grapes from the heart of the variety, the Salnés Valley. It has undergone a two-week low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel and was bottled in the first half of 2019.
Albariño de Fefiñanes 2018 pairs especially well with seafood, oriental cuisine, fish, and cheese.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 9-10ºC.
