Elaboration and Aging
Martín Códax is a wine with the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin, made 100% with Albariño grapes from our own vineyards. This Albariño, with great personality, is created with an aromatic grape that has a high sugar level and a high level of acidity, which gives it freshness in the glass.
The harvest is carried out following traditional methods and the elaboration follows a rigorous and careful process to ensure maximum purity.
