The asparagus tips protected by the geographical indication "asparagus from Navarra" have a white color, a soft texture, with little or no fibrousness, and a perfect balance in the smoothness of their bitterness on the palate, mainly due to the cold nights in the production area and the quality of the water and cultivation systems used in their production.

The white asparagus from these lands are cultivated following a costly and complex production process, as they must grow underground without any contact with sunlight.

Hand-peeled and handcrafted on the day of their harvest, they retain all their original properties, allowing you to enjoy them all year round.

The tips are the most delicate and flavorful part of the asparagus.
