We cut the meat into pieces about three or four fingers wide, so that it is easier to handle, freeze or even cut again.
You will receive your stewing beef, diced and vacuum-sealed in a 500 gram or 1 kilogram bag.
Beef for stewing can be obtained from various parts of the animal, both from the hindquarters, as well as from the shoulder or hand. All of them are perfectly suited to offer us the juicy, tender, and soft result that will give our stews and stews.
You will receive your beef for stewing, chopped and packaged in a 500 gr tray.
We recommend keeping the beef for stewing between 1º and 5ºC. Best before: within 7 days. Take it out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before to let it come to room temperature. You can freeze this product without any problem for 6 months.
