Bilaire is a red wine made from Monastrell grapes from the Alicante D.O. by Bodegas Alejandro. Bilaire, a mineral and rocky land, home to great stories, people, and unique wines with character, nobility, and a great personality. Its clusters are conical and tight, with spherical, small, and intensely black berries. The skin is bluish-black and thick. The vines are of medium-high vigor, with a very vertical bearing. Late ripening with moderate production. In the production of the red wine Bilaire, mature musts are used to uncover the full potential of the variety, capable of producing a well-structured, low-oxidizable, and low-acidity wine. Bilaire Tasting Note Intense ruby color, nose with fruity aromas. On the palate, it is a meaty wine with low acidity, a long finish, and floral notes.
