Damm Inedit Beer was created in 2008 by Ferran Adrià and the sommeliers Team of ElBulli with the conviction that it was necessary a beer capable of accompanying the variety of flavors existing in modern gastronomy.
Of high intensity and aromatic complexity, its appearance is slightly turbid. Very fruity and floral on the nose, with fresh yeast sensation and memories of sweet spices. Creamy and fresh texture, soft volume and delicate carbonic. Long aftertaste and affable keepsake. And in each composition this beer changes its bouquet and adapts its qualities: a soft character with a complex personality. Inedit is a unique beer made with barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, licorice and orange peel.
It is recommended to serve in a glass of white wine , and not to fill more than half of the cup, to better appreciate its intensity and aromatic complexity.
Gastronomy: Inedit was created to combine with a multitude of culinary elaborations, even the most complicated ones based on citrus and bitter elements. Splendid with starters, salads and fish of fat texture, its versatility also allows to combine it with bittersweet and hot sensations.
