The Cantabrian Anchovies from Yurrita are a gourmet product that differs from anchovies due to their production process. They are purchased directly from the boat, selecting the best pieces in terms of freshness and size. These anchovies are marinated in a mixture of vinegars and water until they reach the desired marinating point and their characteristic white color. They are presented in a 700g container with extra virgin olive oil.
