The Cava Bach Extrísimo Brut Nature from Codorniu, presents us with this sparkling wine D.O. Cava (Spain), created from the grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.

Manual harvest. Once in the winery, the fruits are destemmed and each variety is pressed separately until obtaining 60% of the must. Subsequently, they undergo their first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15-17°C. Then the varieties are blended and bottled for a second fermentation in the bottle.
