This range emphasizes the pure integrity and transparency of flavor characteristic of Caviar Nacarii thanks to the larger size of the eggs. It is obtained through two extractions a year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of the sturgeon females. The most demanding palates will find in this tin a selection of noticeably larger size than usual (diameter of 3 to 3.5 mm). Golden Star Award 2013 at the Superior Taste Award.

It can be placed on top of boiled potatoes, fried eggs, a blini with sour cream, accompanying salmon, avocado, pasta or shrimp. It pairs perfectly with cold vodka, cava, champagne or dry white wine.
