100% Sauvignon Blanc

Coincidentally, the harvest of this plot took place on September 3, 2021, just like in the year 2020. It was a year with many contrasts, alternating dry and wet months, which required extreme care against fungal diseases. The climatic conditions of August and September allowed for optimal ripening, resulting in a well-organized and calm harvest. The annual precipitation was around 450 mm/m2.
