Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color, with small and continuous bubbles.
Nose: Balsamic tones and ripe fruit dominate the nose, surrounded by a pleasant feeling of welcome.

Elaboration: Vinification on the property. Vinification, production and aging are carried out entirely at Recaredo.
Long aging. Bottle aging is done exclusively with natural cork stoppers. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically ideal for preserving the original essence of a sparkling wine with long aging.
Manual disgorging without freezing. Disgorging (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; artisan professionalism and respect for the environment.
The second fermentation in the bottle is always done with a natural cork stopper, a hallmark of Recaredo for the long aging of all its wines. Recaredo Terrers undergoes aging ranging from 35 to 45 months in the bottle. This sparkling wine is clarified manually on a riddling rack and disgorged by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle, in an exercise of artisan mastery.
