Dehesa del Carrizal Syrah is a single varietal red wine from the Dehesa del Carrizal Pago Wine DO, made exclusively with Syrah grapes. This wine is fermented in concrete tanks and undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Subsequently, it ages for 12 to 14 months in French oak barrels and rests for 18 months in the bottle before being released to the market.
