Tasting notes: The "PREMIUM" extra virgin olive oil from Mas Montseny is a flawless oil. It has a medium-high intensity green fruity profile. Balanced in the mouth and with a very high aromatic complexity, with notes of almond, green grass, artichoke, tomato, fennel, almond, and tomato plant. The overall result is very harmonious and balanced, quite pleasant for many consumers.
Pairing: at Made in Spain Gourmet we recommend using it raw in dishes that need aromatization such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinades, sauces like mayonnaise, aioli, and vinaigrette; cold creams (salmorejos and gazpachos); pastry dough and acidic tropical fruits. Also for sautéed dishes, paellas, and rice dishes in general.
