GABA, from Vitobest®, is a supplement made from gamma aminobutyric acid supplemented with pyridoxine (vitamin B6), which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to maintain normal psychological function. Administered orally, it increases the amount of human growth hormone involved in insulin regulation, protein synthesis and fat metabolism; which is vital for muscle development and recovery after a hard day's training.

How to use:

Take 1 or 2 VegeCaps a day 30 minutes before meals.
