It is a very soft cheese on the palate and it is perfect to accompany jams and quinces and for use in culinary preparations such as sauces, purees or creams.
Campo Capela is a small cooperative of local milk producers with an average of 15 cows each.
They started their initiative with the purpose of being environmentally friendly and offering high quality productsand today they have even exceeded European standards.
The fruit of this are their artisan cheeses, fresh with a guarantee of origin and with a well-deserved seal of Denomination of Origin "Queixo Tetilla".
