Glutamine + BCAA is a dietary supplement that contains branched chain amino acids with an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 and the same amount of micronized L-Glutamine.
L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and comprises over 60% of the free amino acids in skeletal muscle and over 20% of total circulating amino acids.
BCAA amino acids are the building blocks for protein synthesis, thus aiding in muscle growth and maintenance. The combination of these essential amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) makes up approximately 33% of total muscle protein.
Recommended daily dose:12 g (2 scoops)
Directions for use:Take 1 scoop (6 g) 30 or 60 minutes before physical activity and take 1 scoop (6 g) after physical activity. Mix 1 scoop (6 g) with 200 or 300 ml of water or juice.
