Glutamine + BCAA is a dietary supplement that contains branched chain amino acids with an optimal ratio of 2:1:1 and the same amount of micronized L-Glutamine.
L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and comprises over 60% of the free amino acids in skeletal muscle and over 20% of total circulating amino acids.
