Gran Reserva shoulder from very selected pigs. Shoulder that our customers demand the most, enjoying excellent quality. Made in an artisanal way and cured naturally in the Sierra de Andalucía, from pigs raised freely. Pieces of 4 to 6 kilos approximately. Approximately 16 to 24 months of curing.
INGREDIENTS: Pork shoulder and sea salt.
