Hake Loins "Do Pincho de Burela" in Olive Oil
Hake is one of the most appreciated and consumed fish in Spain. The fishing technique known as "pincho" consists of using about four or five rods of approximately six or seven meters. Each rod has a main line of 500 meters with about 20 or 25 hooks. When the hakes bite, the main line is retrieved with the help of hydraulic haulers.

Ingredients: Hake loins (Merluccius merluccius), olive oil (10% EVOO), and salt.
Best stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume preferably within 24 hours.
