Ingredients: Iberian pork lean, salt, peppercorn, nutmeg, dextrin, lactose, milk proteins, sugar, spices, wine (sulphites), antioxidant (E-301 and E-331 iii), coloring (E-120), preservatives (E-252 and E-250).
