The Ibérico Acorn-fed Ham 50% Ibérico Breed, with a curing period of 48 to 50 months and a slow, artisanal curing process in accordance with the climate of the Castilian region, gives it an unmistakable and sweet flavor. Weights range from 7.5 kg to 9.5 kg, depending on the vintage.
