Acorn-fed 75% Iberian Ham MONTEBUGÓ is a 75% Iberian breed acorn-fed ham. A rich and healthy product that is part of the Mediterranean diet. It has a curing period of approximately 24 months. The hams and shoulders of MONTEBUGÓ are a selection of the best purebred Iberian pigs raised freely in the meadows of the Aracena mountains and the Iberian Peninsula. The pigs receive exceptional care, which results in an exceptional final product.
