Izadi Crianza is a perfect wine to accompany any dinner with some presence (meat, cold cuts, etc.). Smooth and long, it is the perfect guest for an interesting conversation among friends. Izadi celebrates its 25th vintage with this crianza, with one of its best harvests, due to the extraordinary quality and low production.Izadi Crianza is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Manual harvest. After destemming and light crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Aging for 14 months in American oak barrels (73%) and French oak barrels (27%). 20% of the barrels are new and the rest are distributed among different ages up to a total of 4 years.
Izadi Crianza is ideal to accompany pasta with meat sauce, legumes, grilled red meats, stuffed eggplants, meat rice dishes, and cured meats.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
