Dominio de Atauta is an exceptional red wine that comes from wineries established in 2000 in San Esteban de Gormaz, at an altitude of 1,000 meters, one of the highest in the Ribera del Duero region. This wine is made from selected grapes from pre-phylloxera vineyards, contributing to its uniqueness and quality. It is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, with 40% of the barrels being new, giving it a distinctive character. On the nose, it presents an elegant complex aroma with fine cocoa and a rich fruity expression. On the palate, it is flavorful and powerful, with a smoky aftertaste and dry yet ripe tannins. Ideal for pairing with white meats, roasted lamb, mushrooms, and rice dishes. It is recommended to enjoy at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine is not only a pleasure for the senses but also represents the rich winemaking tradition of its region.
