Juvé Camps, La Siberia Gran Reserva 2011 - 75 cl

A unique cava born in an exceptional site with a microclimate different from the rest of the plots in the Espiells vineyard. This cava has a beautiful pale pink color with salmon hues that reflect its long years of aging. Its slow effervescence fills the glass with rosaries of tiny bubbles that when they reach the surface form a stable crown.
