This kombucha initially seems floral, fresh, and slightly tropical, but its character is more complex than that. Floral notes of berries from a hibiscus and jasmine tea infusion surround the Idaho7 and Amarillo hops in an expressive and full-bodied brew with a sparkling acidity. Lime zest adds a touch of bitter flavors, but only enough to be perceived as a hint.
