One of the best known and at the same time tastiest variants of cachopo: jerky and goat cheese.

Wrapped with a thin veal fillet, obtained from special cuts for cachopo, and breaded with our special breading, made only with 100% natural ingredients (homemade egg, flour, breadcrumbs, beef jerky, goat cheese and meat).

We offer you the cachopo by unit, which weighs approximately 650/750 grams.

To prevent spillage, we send it to you 'sewn' with wooden chopsticks. Remember to take them out before putting it in your mouth ;)
