The high sea wine of Bodegas Bocopa is an excellent white wine, dry but super. It is born of a special variety of Muscat of Alexandria Grape, whose selection, degree of ripening and carefully controlled fermentation, allow its freshness, aroma and flavor to be preserved as in a succulent delicacy and, to delight, leave on the palate a footprint of unforgettable memory.
"Possibly the best example of dry Moscatel in Spain." Josef Peñín.
Bocopa's high Sea wine is pale-straw-coloured, crystalline.
On the nose it is aromatic and fruity with deep varietal notes of fresh Moscatel with Alsatian memories. The nose is intense, thin and elegant.
On the palate it is broad and very fruity with notes of anise and fennel. Great conjunction between acidity and sugar. It is a unique wine, very particular, powerful and temperamental. Its palate is rich, round, elegant and with race.
