The sardine fishing with purse seine nets (Purse seiner), method recommended by various conservation organizations, prevents discards by unwanted sizes and non-commercial or protected species securing the natural stocks necessary for the maintenance of future generations of the species. The non-use of trawls is a guarantee for the quality of the fish used in this product helping in turn to protect and conserve the seabed.
