Authentic LumaGorri farmhouse chicken, lovingly raised in small open-air farms in the green meadows surrounding the farmhouse.

One of its main characteristics is its slow breeding process (lasting 3 months) in which they grow freely in their 2600m2 meadows where they run and fly, naturally developing their muscles and guaranteeing compact and flavorful meat. Almost all of them are females, a fact that, along with the breeding process, gives LumaGorri chicken its juiciness and exquisite taste.

Its diet is healthy and natural, based on fresh grass, corn, and cereals; good and clean foods that come from fair trade.
