Production and aging

Pruno is a blend of Tinto Fino (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). In terms of the production of this fantastic wine, after the manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, the grapes went through a double selection table, first of bunches manually and then of the grains through a ventilation system. Subsequently, an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks before aging.

Pruno is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels that are 3 years old.

  • Nose: Aroma of red fruits, with a sweet and greedy entry, and quite pronounced milky undertones.
  • Pallet: Ripe fruit and soft memory, intense but with a pleasant taste, very fruity.

Pruno is ideal to accompany beef, meat rice dishes, roasts, roasted lamb, complex salads, and grilled red meats.
