Ribera del Duero Condominium

This Ribera del Duero Condominium oak wine is a very aromatic wine in which fresh and intense fruit is combined with balsamic and spicy tones, and in the background, a light toasted tone of wood. In the mouth it is pleasant, ample and persistent. It is a Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin wine aged for 4 months in American oak barrels. With an alcohol content of 13.5%-14.5% Vol.
For its production, only grapes from our vineyards are used. After a rigorous manual harvest, plot by plot, fruits are obtained at their optimal ripening moment. Once the grapes are harvested, the wines macerated for 25 days, to give way to a aging in selected barrels of American oak, remaining in them for 4 months. During their time in the barrel, the control was maximum, frequently filling the barrels. Finally, it was clarified and bottled.
It is a clean, bright, intense cherry red wine with violet tones in a thin layer. To the nose, it is of intense fresh red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, currant, perfectly blended with wood, balsamic tones and spices, and in the background, light toasted notes. On the palate, it has round tannins that provide finesse and persistence in good balance with acidity.
Recommendations for consumption: service temperature 17-18 ºC.
