This is our first red wine of the year 2021. Made using the traditional method of carbonic maceration, with the vatting of whole bunches. Hyper-fruity red wine with exquisite vegetal features provided by the stems during the passage from must to wine.
Albiker 2021 by Bodegas Altún for Petramora. Tasting by Mikel Zeberio: Purple color, floral, with notes of red berries, light bitterness and graphite. Long on the palate, ripe and elegant.
