Elaboration and aging

Anahí is made with the Malvasia, Tempranillo Blanco, and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. This wine is made without aging.

Anahí tasting note

• Appearance: Anahí is straw yellow with greenish reflections.
• Nose: Fruity aromas of peach and pineapple, sweet and refreshing.
• Pallet: Fresh, pleasant, and with a balanced finish.

Pairing

Anahí is ideal to accompany foie gras, desserts, and chocolate.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6-8ºC.
