Sugar-free chocolate bar

Small bar of dark chocolate coating 65% suitable for diabetics, with no added sugars. Made with a very careful selection of Grand Cru chocolates, which give this bar great complementarity of its aromatic potential, with subtle notes of wood, a slightly acidic taste and mild bitterness.
To make this high quality Grand Cru couverture, selected cocoa beans have been used in addition to being made with the right proportion of cocoa butter (no other fats).
