Variety: Tinta de Toro
Aging: 6 months in Bordeaux barrels of French, Hungarian and American oak
Alcohol: 14.5% vol
SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
0-5ºC
ELABORATION:
Red wine vinification, with pre-fermentation maceration of 4 days, performing two daily pump-overs during fermentation and one until the end of maceration. Fermentation at low temperature and maceration for 31 days.
TASTING NOTE
Cherry red color, with medium-high layer, and great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of raspberry jam, with light hints of spices and roasted notes.
In the mouth, the freshness of the fruits reappears, combined with a sweet and expressive tannin, characteristic of the variety, which gives value and strength to the wine, with a long and very attractive finish.
