DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix 100 g of the preparation with 170 g of warm water (equivalent to 3 crepes).
STORAGE
Store the powder preparation in a cool place (preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (preferably R.H. 55-65%) and clean.
Once the dough is prepared, according to the recipe instructions, it can be stored in the refrigerator until use.
