The Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc Organic White Wine from Bodegas Veramonte, presents this white wine from the Denomination of Origin Casablanca Valley (Chile), created from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties.

This wine has its origin in the Casablanca Valley, less than 30 kilometers east of the Pacific Ocean. Our vineyards are influenced by gentle ocean breezes and cool morning fog, resulting in a wine with citrusy aromas of lime and tangerine mixed with some floral notes. An ideal wine to enjoy a summer aperitif with friends.

The vintage developed favorably, with yields within expectations. There was rainfall at the beginning of the season, which was very beneficial for the evolution of the vines. The weather conditions and the wide temperature range between day and night allowed the grapes to ripen slowly, maintaining excellent fruit quality and freshness. This, coupled with careful vineyard management, resulted in elegant notes and a complex aromatic profile.

Viñedos Veramonte is located at the beginning of the Casablanca Valley, at the foot of the Coastal Mountain Range. The vineyards are surrounded by 2,500 hectares of native forests and receive the morning breezes and fogs that blow in from the Pacific Ocean, which moderate temperatures and provide ideal conditions for growing white varieties (Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay) and cool-climate reds (Pinot Noir, Merlot and Syrah).
