More information

Many wines have something to tell. But very few have a story behind them like Jean Leon, when more than twenty-five years ago, from the French port of Le Havre, he stowed away on a ship headed to the United States, where he was soon discovered by a sailor who decided not to report his presence. This reserve is therefore a clear tribute to that unknown person whose silent complicity changed his life forever. Made with cabernet sauvignon and a small percentage of cabernet franc, this limited production wine comes from a unique 16-hectare terroir baptized with the same name.

Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Tasting Note: Sight: Intense red color. Nose: It stands out for the harmony of its aromas: ripe red fruit, raisins and plums, with a background of spices and toasts from its aging in barrels. Palate: It has a voluptuous entry and an excellent structure. It is characterized by great elegance. Pairing and Serving Temperature: Serve at 18º - 20ºC. Perfect pairing with all types of meat, especially red meat, game, poultry, stews, casseroles, rice dishes and aged cheeses.
