WHITE WINE CLAVIDOR MIL BESOS
The wine White Wine Clavidor Mil Besos is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc and belongs to D.O. Rueda. In a 2-hectare vineyard located in the winery's garden, with a yield of 3000 Kg/Ha and soil of alluvial, sandy-loam origins. The wine White Wine Clavidor Mil Besos was harvested in the first week of September, with a portion of the must macerating for 10 hours at 4ºC to extract the aroma from the skin, then lightly pressed. Fermentation at 15ºC. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 7ºC and 9ºC.
