White Wine S-Naia
The White Wine S-Naia is a wine belonging to the Naiay wineries and has a designation of origin from the Rueda wine region.
Wines made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is a young, fresh, and explosive wine that does not undergo aging. The "S" in its name reminds us that not everything in the Rueda designation of origin is Verdejo, and that the Sauvignon Blanc grape can also adapt perfectly to its terroir.
The grapes used by S-Naia come from 23.5 hectares of vineyards owned by the winery. Most of these are planted in the traditional "vaso" system and are over 40 years old, while a small part grows on trellises and is young, barely reaching 15 years old.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 800 meters and are influenced by the Mediterranean and continental climate of the area. The soils are mainly clay-limestone.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
