what is boar's head? This sausage is unknown to many. Its name can be misleading, since it does not literally coincide with the product description. This sausage is made from different parts of the pig's head and is a highly nutritious sausage, since it contains all the meat from the pig's head. Once all the raw material included in this product has been selected, we cut them all with a knife for its preparation. We add salt, pepper and spices , macerate it and then stuff it with the help of a steel mold. In this case, we include a unique and special ingredient, the pistachio. It can be consumed in different ways, among them we could grill it , eat it in a sandwich as a starter or use it to add a unique flavor to our stews.
